Terms & Conditions

Booking deposits at New Look Talent vary in amount and are collected to secure clients’ attendance at their appointments. If these deposits are not utilized for subsequent orders, they will be refunded within 14 days after the photo shoot.

For clients under the age of 22, it is mandatory to be accompanied by a parent (not a legal guardian), unless prior approval has been granted by studio management.

Any changes to your appointment will incur an additional, refundable booking deposit in GBP, which will be added to your existing deposit.

In the event that you fail to attend your appointment or cancel it less than 72 hours before the scheduled date, and you provide written notice*, you will forfeit your booking deposit, and there may be an additional charge for studio hire fees in GBP. This charge is intended to cover the costs associated with our creative staff and studio time.
